BAHAI SCHOOL ORATORS SHINE AT LEO HEART INTER-SCHOOL DEBATE COMPETITION
On May 30, 2026, our talented debate team proudly represented Bahai School at the Leo Heart Inter-School Debate Competition, organized by the Leo Club of Gangtok Sunshine and the Lions Club of Gangtok Greens at Tashi Namgyal Academy.
Competing in the challenging Asian Parliamentary style, our students went toe-to-toe with seven other prominent schools from the region: Tashi Namgyal Academy, Holy Cross School (the tournament winners), Taksey International, Mt. Zion School, Modern Senior Secondary School, Tashi Namgyal Senior Secondary School, and Deorali School.
Our team delivered powerful arguments and sharp rebuttals, earning high praise from the eminent judging panel for their confidence, research, and articulation. While Holy Cross School ultimately took home the trophy, our students showcased exemplary sportsmanship, critical thinking, and leadership.
